Our pictures are shared under the Creative Commons 3.0 BY-ND-NC licence. You are free to copy, distribute and transmit them under the following conditions:

Attribution. "Poescience.com" must be displayed prominently under every picture.

Noncommercial. You may not use the pictures for commercial purposes.

No derivative works. You may not alter, transform, or build upon the pictures.

These limitations can be removed with the purchase of a commercial licence for a fee of €50,00 (or $70,00) per picture.

A commercial licence grants an individual or company the non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide and perpetual right to publish a photograph. It may be published in any medium, regardless of size, quantity or frequency.

Our pictures shall not be resold as individual files or in any way that competes with our business model unless an exclusive buyout licence has been agreed on.
